The WhiteKnightTwo carrier aircraft was unveiled to the public on Monday at the Mojave Air Space, and will be used to carry the tourist spaceship, SpaceShipTwo, up to an altitude of 50,000 feet, allowing it to blast off into space.

The big question coming up now is that, if you had the money, would you spend $200,000 to go into space.

Thrill seekers are likely going to see this as the ultimate over-the-top roller coaster ride, and one which eventually will get cheap enough for common folk to enjoy.

Virgin Galactic has stated that the SpaceShipTwo is about 70% complete, as they expect to launch the first passenger tourist flights in two years.
