This has followed up with a new man being put in charge of MobileMe.

The new man in charge of the iPhone MobileMe service is Senior Vice President Eddy Cue, who will hopefully try to restore some sort of respect for the service.

Apple has already made the move to give subscribers a free months of service due to the issues, and has apologized on a few occasions.

Apple CEO Steve Jobs stated this week in a memo that “It was a mistake to launch MobileMe at the same time (as the iPhone 3G.”

“We all had more than enough to do, and MobileMe could have been delayed without consequence.”

Up until MobileMe launched, Apple Senior VP Rob Schoeben was in charge.

There is no word though on what his status is at this point.
