A hearing was set to take place Thursday morning, as the EFF and others push to have the temporary restraining order against the MIT students removed.

The main argument from the EFF is that the information is now public, meaning there is no point in keeping the MIT students quiet.

The EFF filed papers in court Tuesday in full support of the students, stating they were only trying to help the MBTA improve security.
