GraphOn Sues Google For Patent Infringement

Boston (ChattahBox) - GraphOn, a software maker based in Santa Cruz, California, has sued Google for patent infringement.
GraphOn has filed the lawsuit in the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Texas.
The patent infringement lawsuit involved Google AdWords, Base, YouTube, and Sites services.
GraphOn has stated that they managed to acquire the patents after they purchased Network Engineering Software in 2005.
The patents involved in the lawsuit include 6,324,538, 6,850,940, 7,028,034, and 7,269,591.
GraphOn is seeking damages and permanent injunctive relief.
