The latest iPhone update, to top it off, does not seem to have done anything to fix it.

The problems with the iPhone 3G have users experiencing lost signals, dropped calls, etc.

The hope was that Apple was going to fix the problems with the iPhone 3G reception through an update, but it did not happen.

Apple released an update to the iPhone on Monday, updating it to firmware 2.0.2, but it was only for “bug fixes” which apparently did not include the bugs with the iPhone 3G.

Users have stated that to this point, problems for 3G users persist.
