Buzz has been up and running for about a half of a year now, but has yet to be available to the public.

The way Buzz works is very similar to Digg, allowing stories to be submitted, and then voted on.

If they get enough voted, the story will make it to the front page of Yahoo.

For 6 months, only 400 publishers have been able to submit stories, but now the public can do it as well.

Buzz works just like DIgg, allowing users to vote stories up or down, and has garnered quite a bit of popularity already.
