In the past, mobile phone companies have been having a hard time teaming up with search services, due to the fact that they did not want to share the revenue.

This is changing now though, as Verizon appears set to team with Google, and really try to expand their mobile search business, and revenue.

Any of the ad revenue brought in from the deal will be shared between Google and Verizon, as Google will become the default search service for all Verizon phones.

The deal has yet to be finalized, but is nearly complete.
