Woman Sues Apple Over Problems With iPhone 3G

A woman from Birmingham, Alabama has filed a lawsuit against Apple due to problems she has had with the iPhone 3G....Washington (ChattahBox) – A woman from Birmingham, Alabama has filed a lawsuit against Apple due to problems she has had with the iPhone 3G.

The woman is Jessica Alena Smith, and she has filed a lawsuit against Apple, accusing the company of false advertising.

The lawsuit is based around the fact that Apple stated the iPhone 3G had an internet connection that was double the speed of the original iPhone.

The iPhone 3G, which on sale in July, has been hit with a series of issues in regards to its 3G connection.

Apple has been working to fix issues with dropped calls, lost signals, etc.

She has accused Apple of breach of express warranty, and unjust enrichment.

As for what she wants, she is trying to get unspecified damages, and wants the judge to order Aple to fix the 3G issues.
