Apple has been slammed with complaints from users, stating that they have experienced dropped calls, reception issues, etc. Apple may not be to blame though.

Wired.com carried out a survey for iPhone 3G users, to check how 3G carriers did around the world.

What they found was that the worst place for iPhone 3G users was in the U.S.

They rated the 3G network speeds around the world, and in the U.S., there were many cases where the speeds came in at 0.

This meant that absolutely no 3G network was present at that time.

This study has shown that the iPhone 3G issues may be due to the carries such as AT&T, and not Apple.

T-Mobile topped all with the fastest European 3G network.

The slowest speed was found to be in Australia.
