Mac Clone Maker Psystar Bites Apple To The Core

Washington (ChattahBox) - The company known for making Mac clones, Psystar, has decided to file a countersuit against Apple, stating that they are guilty of anti-competitive business practices.
Apple recently filed a lawsuit against the maker of Mac clones Psystar.
The company was shipping what they called the OpenComputer, whichi came with the Mac OS X pre-installed.
Not looking to back down one bit though, the company has fought back and accused Apple of breaking two federal laws that have to do with monopolies and cartels.
These laws include the Sherman Antitrust Act, and the Clayton Antitrust Act.
The company is seeking unspecified damages from Apple. They are also pushing the judge to make the Apple EULA void.
