NTSB Investigating Medical Helicopter Collision In Arizona

Federal investigators have launched a full investigation into the incident last week when two medical helicopters were involved in a collission in ArizonaWashington (ChattahBox) – Federal investigators have launched a full investigation into the incident last week when two medical helicopters were involved in a collision in Arizona.

The collision between the two medical helicopters took place near a Flagstaff hospital in Arizona, and resulted in the deaths of 6 people.

The National Transportation Safety Board has formed a 13-member team to look at various parts of the crash.

They will look at evidence from the wreckage, videotape from a surveillance camera at the hospital parking lot, audio tapes, and much more.

They hope to figure out why the crash took place, as both medical helicopters were heading to the Flagstaff Medical Center.
