He will continue his campaign by visiting locations in Jordan, Germany, France, the UK, and Israel.

The idea behind the trip is to help build, in the eyes of the American public, his ability tot handle foreign policy.

This trip is aimed to show that Obama is ready to take on the job as a leader on the international stage.

A recent Washington Post / ABC News poll revealed that 48% of voters believe Obama would be a good Commander in Chief, compared to 72% for his Republican rival John McCain.

Obama wants to sway more voters with this trip, showing his power as an international leader.
