Man who donated sperm wants DNA test for Nadia’s octuplets

February 23, 2009

(ChattahBox) -—  More side drama in  the octuplet births born last month. An ex-boyfriend of Nadia Suleman’s mother of the octuplets has sprung up wanting to know if he’s the father of her children.

Denis Beaudoin told ABC’s “Good Morning America” on Monday that he had a three-year relationship with Suleman and donated his sperm to her after she supposedly claimed to have ovarian cancer and needed to act quickly to have children.

Suleman has said that all 14 of her children were conceived through in vitro fertilization, with sperm from an unidentified, platonic friend.

Reports have indicated Suleman has denied that Beaudoin is the father of the children, but he wants to have DNA tests done. He claims to have been in love with Suleman before they split.  Beaudoin, who is married and has two of his own children, told ABC he would be willing to help raise the octuplets if it turns out he’s the father.
