This sounds like something that San Jose, California Police Officers: Thomas Tortoricci and Gabriel Cuenca would do! We had an incident in January of 2006 and these officers threatened that if I told anyone then they would arrest me and file false charges against me! The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office and SJPD still allow these sickos to roam the streets!

Cops that steal are worse than street thugs…..at least street thugs don’t hide

behind

a badge……I don’t paint them all with a ‘broad brush’ , but, the few bad ones , the

mayor, the DA & the officers that are shaking down interacial couples, blacks,

latinos, or anyone for that matter are all TRASH……When found guilty, they belong with the trash

Send the garbage collectors w/trucks to take them to prison….de-lice them,

then introduce them to the general prison population as fresh fish,then let the

real gangsters hold court

I hope that they hang them. Rob Blagoyivich ain’t got nothin’ on them. They are epitomy of abuse by law enforcement and city goverment. NO PUNISHIMENT COULD BE TOUGH ENOUGH FOR THESE GANGSTERS!
