Incitement to commit murder is not more a First Amendment issue than the suppression of idiots screaming “Fire” in a crowded, not-burning theater.
Turner should be locked up. A maximum security prison full of Blacks and Hispanics might be a good home for him, Hannity, Limbaugh, Cheney, and Bush.
