Does this not constitute blackmail, or am I wrong. I have heard that the people in Washington, i.e. Congress and House members, have told the new members how to vote and if they do they will help them through the process and if they do not vote the way they want them to they will make it very hard for them. The Attorney General should investigate all these people in Washington and see if this is happening, and if so prosecute the one's doing this blackmail trip.
