“Birther Soldier Refuses to Serve Under “Foreign Born” President Obama”

Looks like the “Birther Soldier” is onto something about the Foreign Born “President”. Obama folded:

“Soldier who says Obama isn’t president doesn’t have to deploy, Army says”

The Armed Forces “oath of enlistment” requires the Soldier pledge allegiance to our Constitution FIRST and FOREMOST:

“I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,…”.

Only AFTER the first part of the oath is SATISFIED does the Soldier pledge to “obey” the POTUS:

“…and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.”

After all its not an empty pledge these Soldiers make, its one which carries a lot of weight in a court of law, Military or civil.

Looks like a woman is destined to take 0bama down yet.

    BRILLIANT!!!

I have this comment for Major Cook and his attorney:

Have they identified which major will now have to fill your spot? Presumably he/she will need to make some quick job and family arrangements for this short-fill. But don’t worry, I’m sure they’ll get over the family disruption. Or will they be leaving the billet vacant and making the folks over there work harder and longer hours to make up for your absence?

Funny – the answer is always the same to you Obama lemmings, attack ANYONE who disagrees with your empty suited messiah.
Why is it that you people aren’t interested in the truth – Obama could have easily settled this with a single LEGITIMATE piece of paper, instead he’s spending thousand/hundreds of thousands to avoid showing it, why?

I didn’t, nor would I ever vote for a man or woman who espouse socialist ideals and supports policy that is clearly unAmerican and out of line with this countries founding beliefs and values – but I didn’t pay much credence to these ‘birthers’ as you condescending folks on the left like to degrade anyone who doesn’t support your ideology (hmmm… so much for defending free speech and that famous liberal ‘tolerance’ you cliam to display) however Obama is clearly avoiding this situation and FIGHTING tooth and nail not to avoid providing this.

If you just want to bury your head in the sand and blindly support Obama that’s up to you – but continue to attack and degrade anyone who questions him only makes you look like a fool and puts you at odds with the MAJORITY IN THIS COUNTRY WHO DID NOT VOTE FOR HIM. Remember, Obama only fot 42% of registered voters to vote for him – the other 48% of registered voters voted McCain or not at all – he hardly has a majority of support or a mandate to socialize this country against our will. Grow up and wake up – at the very least please try to educate yourself.
The sheer willingness to lie or cling to false information in Obama’s defense is puzzling – why would anyone tie their credibility and notion of intellect to a politician?

If a certified copy of a birth certificate isn’t a “legitimate” document, then you lunatic Nazi racist bastards wouldn’t be satisfied even if you had personally witnessed Obama’s birth in Hawaii. The FACT is that you want to roll the clock back to the early 1800s, when Blacks and women didn’t have the vote, and you could own slaves instead of having to work for a living.

    Republican == Nazi == racist == anti-American traitor.

  6. MarkR on July 15th, 2009 1:16 pm

That’s not a Birth Certificate. A Birth Certificate is the hand written document we all get when we are born stating hospital of birth, and the name of the doctor etc.

What is shown here is computer generated Certificate of live birth.

Secondly, Obama has admitted that his father was a Kenyan. You need two US Citizen parents to qualify as Natural Born US for Presidency, under the Constitution.

I think that we should all be glad that this nut-job isn’t carrying a gun issued to him by the USA. When he goes on his shooting rampage, I’m sure he’ll use an illegally obtained one.

Yeah “Phil Cave” let’s talk about a little inconvenience while the country is in the toilet. We wouldn’t want you to think too hard.

“Birthers” are traitor scum. Stefan Cook is a traitor and deserves to rot in Leavenworth for the rest of his days alongside the other treasonous scum here who support this crap.

Obama won. America has rejected right-wing hate and lies. Curl up and die, you sub-human slime.

Give me a break….the COLB is given to any person with babp up to one year after birth who says it was born in the state…its like for people who have babies in the back of a taxi or in the home…..it doesn’t prove crap.

  11. Patriot on July 17th, 2009 6:18 pm

If Cook is incorrect, then tell me, why have his deployment orders been revoked? Last time I checked, the military is pretty serious about people refusing orders if they are not justified.
All of you people on here talking about right and left wing BS need to wake up and understand that a lot of the people who oppose the current administration also opposed the Bush administration.
This Left-Right labeling BS needs to stop. There are a lot of Democrats who HATE what Obama’s administration is doing. He has broken almost every promise that he made prior to being elected. This isn’t about political affiliation, this is about honoring our constitution and supporting the Republic of the United States. All of you IRRATIONAL and HATEFUL people need to wake up.

  12. T Smith on July 20th, 2009 9:16 pm

You people all need to get a life and accept the fact that Barack Obama is Commander and Chief. We are better off than we were the past eight years with the neo-Cons at the helm. You are all racists and just can’t stand the fact that a black man born in Africa is now the President of the United States. The fact is, the majority of the people in this country understand that this is a non issue and could care less that Obama wasn’t born in the US — it’s just a technicality people!!!! What difference should it make if Obama was born in Kenya and then came back to Hawaii when he was a couple weeks old? You right wing nuts are grasping at straws. The constitution was written over 200 years ago and it’s an absurd requirement anyway.

RONALD REAGAN IS A MEXICAN. HE CHANGED HIS CITIZENSHIP TO AVOID BEING SENT OVERSEAS DURING WW2. INSTEAD HE GOT A CUSHY JOB IN CALIFORNIA, NEAR HIS NEW NATIVE HOME OF TIJUANA.

IT HAS NEVER BEEN DISPROVEN THAT REAGAN’S EASY RIDE DURING WW2 WASN’T DUE TO HIS ABANDONMENT OF HIS AMERICAN CITIZENRY FOR THE SAFE HAVEN OF MEXICO!!!!!11111!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
