How is it possible to claim that Bill Sparkman’s death is anything but murder? Is it possible that he ductaped his own legs, hands and mouth before hanging himself? Did this accidentally happen as he was trying to repair his census clipboard with ductape and he just got “tangled up” in his work? Did he just happen to be in a cemetary taking the census? Being politically correct is one thing but trying to make us believe this could be anything but murder is just rediculous! Are we so afraid of making an erroneous statement that we cover all the bases to avoid looking ignorant. It is just what it appears to be…murder! Or have the networks adopted this ploy to keep viewers looking for “further developments”? Who knows…

I don’t know what happened. As of now, nobody does. But I do know that making far-fetched accusations can stir up even more commotion than necessary. So until then, I think it is best to keep quiet until authorities release some more details. I love reading blogs, but as far as this story goes, I am very disappointed and shocked that some of the blogs out there have written such blatant misinformation about this.

I think the problem is that the police are not revealing anything about this incident, so naturally, albeit wrongfully, writers feel the need to fill in the gap with something to make it an interesting story. But how much of that is based on real information that the police have revealed?

Come on people, could we just please get over the “race” thing. It is not like any of us have just one bloodline; we are all mutts, whether we like it or not. And then, this Muslim issue about President Obama is enough already. What difference would it really make if he were Muslim? Do we all have to be the same? Did our ancestors not come here for freedom of religon? This is America we are talking about, right? The spreaders of doom and gloom would like for everybody to believe their tall tales…you know, the ones about the new world order, Muslims taking over and taking us all as prisoners, and to make it really interesting they throw in the part about The Rapture, and Armageddon, and the world ending in 2012. Were you asleep in history class? Go online, research the facts, go to your neighborhood library and research the facts. Deal only in facts and the picture will clear considerably. I live in the rural south, in Appalachia, and the people are not stupid, but they have been in deep poverty with, many times, little hope of a way out. Crystal meth and marijuana are not the best ways to try and make a better life, but if they only way you know, chances are even the most stauchly devout among us would do a little cooking and/or a little growing. How about a little bit of “Love your neighbor as youself.”

Whoever did this will get away with it in that part of the country. These are the folks who threw a professor in jail for just gathering plant samples. Law enforcement doesn’t exist there. I guess the census taker stumbled on something illegal. Meth lab or other such trash. The lucky get out of that impoverished pocket of Appalachia.

Wake up. Political parties change…swing from being “conservative” (that is, the status quo is just fine) to being “liberal” (things need to change). Yes indeed, dig deeper into history. In the post-US Civil War 1860s, the Democrats were the racist party which were the former slave owners and some did start the KKK; the Republicans were the party of Lincoln. Fast forward 100 years, and the Democrats were the party of change (think Kennedy & Johnson) and the Republicans became the party of conservatives (Goldwater started the shift, it continued with Nixon, and reached its apex with Reagan–note that I am unequivocally NOT calling any of them racists). Bottom line, the Democratic party is not the party of the Old South (lets not forget Strom Thurmond’s Dixiecrats) anymore, nor is the Republican Party the party of Lincoln, or Eisenhower for that matter (do some research; we have the interstate highway system because of Eisenhower–a Republican).

Orly Taitz is an imbecile who should go back from where she came from.

Glen Beck & Rush Limbaugh fan the fires of rebellion, but back away from any overt action. When you incite people who are unstable (no, not all conservatives are unstable, not even most, but there are a few), you shouldn’t act surprised when they do things in your name.

Why would you show up to a place where the President is going to be with a gun? Please don’t pull the 2nd amendment bull poo with that…if I showed up to a GW Bush rally with a gun, I’d have been busted.

For all those loyal conservatives, suck it up. You lost, just like we did 8 years ago. Quit with the session talk. Shut up or put up.

Finally, the reality is that this guy probably was in the wrong place at the wrong time…stumbled on a meth lab and was murdered. No politics.

Yeah, Glenn Beck. He’s the carnival barker who always claims to have uncovered something. I think that only the rightwing Teabaggers are capable of such stuff, fringe militia nutbags who invented this idea of death panels. Beck can talk endlessly about the now-defunct Acorn all he wants, echo chamber loop mahine he is. He has to tell his audience after he whips them into a frenzy that they should not commit acts like this, because who will be to blame for his hatred – well, he will. Sad man crybaby.

This is a story about a guy with an outsider’s accent walking up to a meth dealer’s house. This has nothing to do with “right-wing” media personalities because they are spinning this into anti-census sentiment as well.
