Read my lips. The long form is no longer valid. The short form which was approved by the Federal government has ALL THE INFORMATION necessary to prove birth under Federal law.

No he hasn’t. There has not been a lawsuit against Obama just for the birth certificate. The vast bulk of the cases were before the election and tried to stop the election. The vast bulk of the cases after the election tried to stop the Electoral College from voting, the Congress from certifying the election or the Inauguration. The few remaining cases included demands that Obama show his kindergarten records and his housing records while at college. These also were NOT cases for the birth certificate.
