They make money if they deny care, so that has to be a good system, doesn't it? I mean, I like having a company that typically denies 70 percent of valid claims to be able to say to my doctor, you know what? I think we have decided that we are not going to pay for this treatment, I mean, it just seems a bit too expensive. It just seems a whole lot easier to deny than to pay out.
