Ex-UN Weapons Inspector Caught Sex-Camming With Male Cop Posing as Teen Girl

January 14, 2010

(Chattabox)—No wonder we never found those weapons of mass destruction supposedly hidden in Iraq, with inspectors like Scott Ritter of Delmar, N.Y on the case. He was apparently, too busy thinking about his next online sexual escapade with a teenage girl. The former chief United Nations weapons inspector, was recently charged with engaging in a sexual conversation with a 15-year-old girl in an Internet chat room and showing himself masturbating on a Web camera. The 15-year-old girl was actually a police officer posing as “Emily.” Ritter was posing as himself, “Delmarm4fun” a middle aged guy looking for some cheap online thrills with underage girls.

According to the police affidavit, Officer Ryan Venneman was posing as 15-year-old “Emily” in an online chat room when he was contacted by someone using the name “Delmarm4fun.” This person, later identified as Ritter, told “Emily” he was a 44-year-old male from Albany, N.Y.

Vennenman, a detective with the Barret Township Police department, told Ritter he was a 15-year-old girl from the Poconos, at which point Ritter asked for a picture other than the one “Emily” had posted on her account, so he could “continue to react.” The ensuing conservation was sexual in nature. After seeing the new “react” picture, Ritter then sent “Emily” a link to his Web camera and began to masturbate. The Web camera at first, showed his face and upper body and then he positioned it over “his penis area,” according to the detective’s account.

Officer Vennenman then asked Ritter for his cell phone number, so “Emily” could call him. Ritter provided a Nextel wireless number. Ritter then continued to masturbate on his Web camera and asked again how old “Emily” was. He was advised again that “Emily” was 15. Ritter said, that he didn’t realize “Emily” was 15 and didn’t want to get in trouble, so he turned off the Web camera. Ritter told “Emily” that he “was fantasizing about fu*****” her.

The detective as “Emily” then said, “guess u turned it off np.” Ritter then replied, “You want to see it finish?” Ritter then resent the link to his Web camera, which showed him “finishing” and ejaculating on camera.

The detective then dialed up Ritter’s cell phone and identified himself as a police officer. During the conversation with the police “Delmarm4fun” said his name was William Scott Ritter, Jr. of Delmar, NY.

Ritter has been caught previously trolling the Internet for teenage girls. According to a report in the Pocono Record, Ritter was charged in a June 2001 Internet sex sting in New York, but the charges were later dismissed. Ritter was caught in an online chat room making arrangements to meet a 16-year-old girl at a Burger King restaurant. The girl was actually an undercover policewoman.

And the New York Post reported that Ritter had been caught in another online incident involving a 14-year-old girl in April 2001, but he was not charged.

Ritter said the criminal charge was a smear campaign in response to his criticizing U.S. policy in the Middle East. Ritter resigned from the United Nations Special Commission weapons inspection team in 1998.

Ritter waived his right last month to a preliminary hearing and is free on $25,000 unsecured bail.

The affidavit says that Ritter started the conversation with the girl and then for some reason showed his face on camera. The video apparently was not recorded and the officer had to recognize Ritter from the photos he saw later. It is also not clear why he gave his full name and location. Is it so that he would not be confused with other Scott or Bill Ritters? Scott Ritter seem to act very fullish for an intelligence agent, that had been previously caught in a very similar sting. Someone seems to have created a very easy case for the local police office that had only few such cases, one of which happens to be Scott Ritter. In conspirators’ defense, they did not try to totally destroy Ritter, even though they could. He may not get any time at all. Yet, his reputation is badly damaged already. The smear campaign could have failed, and then no one would have heard about it. But it has succeeded and it is all over the news.

But why bother? The Iraq war is behind. This time it could be about Iran. Ritter is the only voice in the Western world arguing that Iran is not trying to acquire nuclear weapons. The talk from the previous smear campaign seems to have faded away as he did manage to get on to cable news couple times, but he was put down again. It does seem like a cycle and no one will listen to him again. The only thing missing is a war on Iran…
