Ben Roethlisberger Accused of Sexual Assault in Georgia

(ChattahBox) – Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has  been accused of sexual assault again. Big Ben was previously   accused of raping Andrea McNulty in at a Nevada hotel-casino in 2008, with a July 2009 civil suit. A criminal case was never pursued.  This time around the alleged victim is a young woman in Georgia, who has been treated and released from the hospital and interviewed by police, according to TMZ.

According to the celebrity Web site, the alleged incident occurred early Friday morning at Capital City, a club in Milledgeville, Georgia. The woman allegedly told police she was inside a restroom when the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback entered and allegedly assaulted her. Police are also reportedly interviewing witnesses and have now interviewed the QB himself.  The Georgia Bureau of Investigations is reportedly also on the case, though no charges have been filed yet.
