To clarify…there was NO baby crib scam on the part of the Corporation, of which Mr. Jungerman is President. The Distributors are independent but are still required to obtain approval of sales materials, which did not happen. The Corporation took the hit for what some Distributors did.

Unfortunately, but as is typical, none of what was written above is true. Subtle partial truths have been sensationalized to incriminate Mr. Jungerman. Mr. Jungerman has supported himself since he was a teenager and quietly donates significant amounts of money to charitable causes (not noted here). He works 7 days a week and harder than most people half his age. There was NO baby crib scam. Some of his distributors, WITHOUT his knowledge or approval, misled individuals by sending out invitations to seminars for child safety, indicating that they were approved by government safety orgs. Nevertheless, seminars of this nature are common to insurance companies, financial planners, and other entities which are sales-driven and they are not illegal. The woman who filed the complaint at Baby-Tenda was lazy and did not perform her job…also a fact never brought to light. Knowledge of the asbestos was not confirmed until after its removal was nearly complete. Mr. Jungerman helped with the removal of the insulation himself, so if he thought there was danger, clearly, he would have notified the employees. Did he receive subsidies? Yes. He owns several thousand acres of farmland which costs him hundreds of thousands of dollars to operate. He has been completely flooded out repeatedly and has been forced to replant again and again in the same growing season. Any subsidies he may have received have only helped to compensate for the time and money lost during the bad years. These are the facts. No one asked me to write this, but I know the truth and it bothers me to witness the distortion that has occurred here. The article above isn’t even news…it’s slander.

Furthermore, if people did not like the sign…that is unfortunate. But the last time I checked, we still had freedom of speech in this country. The trailer was on his property. Whoever burnt the trailer and the house broke the law, pure and simple. Mr. Jungerman is no hypocrite. He’s just a guy who is brave enough to stand up for what he believes, regardless of what anyone else thinks.

It appears that you are related to Mr. David G. Jungerman–probably his daughter, and on ewg.org it says you too have received farm subsidies. You too are a parasiste! You have received at least $ 707,961.20 since 1995.

It’s fascinating that people seem to think Republicans are the only ones who pay their way. In reality, red states receive more money from the federal government than they pay in. Who makes that possible? Blue states, who pay far more to the feds than they get back. You can thank blue states for allowing you to live beyond your means.
