Perhaps it’s the effects of drug use. After all, Brewer herself says that Arizona is overrun with illegal drugs; perhaps she speaks from personal experience.

How did Miss Teen South Carolina end up as Arizona’s governor (and 100 years older)? And will someone wake up the Green candidate? I think he fell asleep after his opening statement.
