Right-Wing Porn: ‘The Reagan Honeymoon’ Weekend

February 7, 2011

(ChattahBox Political News)—What better way for right-wing newlyweds to spend their honeymoon than with a weekend stay at the same hotel and same room even, where Ronald and Nancy Reagan consummated their marriage? That’s right, in commemoration of the Gipper’s 100th birthday anniversary, the historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, Calif. is offering conservative newlyweds a honeymoon package that includes free passes to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Sexy! Now that should get the juices flowing, particularly for those Christian fundamentalist hubbies who definitely are not gay, because the Bible says it’s a sin.

The Mission Inn’s special Gipper weekend dubbed “The Reagan Honeymoon Package,” offers newlyweds the opportunity to “create lasting memories of your own,” while staying “in the Alhambra Suite (where the Reagan‚Äôs stayed),” in 1952 on the night of their wedding. If the walls could talk!

The deluxe accommodations include a surf and turf dinner and a couples massage.

Non-newlyweds can also get their freak on while fantasizing about doing away with the scourge of “welfare queens,” as they munch on jelly beans.

To further cash in on the birthday anniversary of our 40th president, the Mission Inn is also promoting “The Great American Package,” to honor “an actor, a governor and one of the most beloved Presidents of the United States, who “was a great American.”

How romantic.

There has been lots of ridiculous conservative¬† hero worship and revisionist history of Regan’s presidential legacy, but this takes the cake.
