Trump: Hawaii Gov. ‘Should Be Investigated’ for Remembering Obama’s Birth (Video)
March 28, 2011
(ChattahBox Political News)—Fox News is now birther conspiracy central. The Republican propaganda outlet just can’t get enough of reality TV star Donald Trump’s clownish antics and spewing of thoroughly discredited and racist, yes racist, (Whoopi is right) birther conspiracy theories, while he pretends to run for president. This time, Trump takes his birtherism one step further into crazy town, saying based on “lots of facts” he’s now “starting to wonder” whether or not President Obama was born in the United States. And Trump even went so far as to accuse Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie (D) of lying when he said he knew Obama’s parents, and remembered his birth. Trump concluded, based on no evidence whatsoever, that Abercrombie is lying to cover up an evil Democratic conspiracy to shield the illegitimate Kenyan in the White House. “I think this guy should be investigated,” declared Trump.
Trump made his latest buffoonish remarks during an appearance this morning on Fox & Friends. While Trump offensively repeated a host of debunked birther conspiracy theories routinely peddled by the tin-foil hat, WorldNetDaily crowd, the dim-witted crew of Fox & Friends just nodded their heads in agreement.
Trump suggested the certificate of live birth produced by Obama, in an attempt to quell the insane birthers, is fake. Also, Trump claims Obama’s birth announcements published in two Hawaiian papers, could have been fraudulently planted “for social reasons” after Obama’s mother gave birth in Kenya and smuggled the infant Obama into the United States illegally. The ever-confused Trump referred to the birth announcements, as “That ad that was placed in the Houston paper.”
Trump said, “But he could have been born outside of this country. Why can’t he produce a birth certificate?”
Trump then, out of nowhere, brought up Gov. Abercrombie and called him a liar.
“The governor of Hawaii, says ‘I remember when he was born 50-years ago.’ I doubt it. I think this guy should be investigated. I doubt it. He remembers when Obama was born? Give me a break. He’s just trying to do something for his party,” ranted Trump.
In his previous birther rants, Trump threw around lots of kooky birther innuendo, but stopped short of saying he personally believed Obama was not born in this county. Now, he has become a full-on birther, trafficking in the most bizarre and wackiest of Obama conspiracy theories.
“I brought it up just routinely, and all of a sudden lots of facts are emerging. And I’m starting to wonder myself whether or not he was born in this country,” said Trump.
And I’m starting to wonder whether Trump has lost his mind, or whether he’s such a shameless huckster, that he’ll say anything, no matter how crazy and offensive to get attention.
Whatever the case, Trump’s behavior is certainly despicable, and also embarrassingly pathetic.
