I would go as far as giving them $150 billion $ to let American troops move into the tribal area. As well as that, the international body will sign a declaration saying that American troops can not attack Pakistan troops why inside Pakistan, even if Pakistan starts a nuclear war, & America can not go beyond 1 mile / 10 miles of the tribal region. That should do it, if Pakistan was to say no, we would all not that the Taliban have access to nuclear weapons & that the Taliban are Pakistan’s secret army that can do attacks with it not 100% being blames on the army / country. So we will 100% not that the whole time the Taliban / al-qida was made or secretly into graded into Pakistanis army / make them as 1. So they use them as a weapon to attack other countries not being 100% connected. Its will then be time to move all of Americas hi-tech weapons to the Pakistan border, moving American troops to the India’s border with American troops with American top secret weapons that can defend a nuclear attack / do other thing to stop a nuclear attack if fired. Then they would invade the tribal area without Pakistan’s green light, if Pakistan attacks they will be smashed apart with 4 nuclear strikes hitting the main targets why having satellites looking at every inch of Pakistan seeing where they are launching there missiles from.. After the nuclear attack, American will fire missiles to clean up most of the radiation, after there nuclear attack. Problem solved.
