Trial Begins In Anti-Semetic Gang Murder

April 29, 2009

France (ChattahBox) – A man who allegedly kidnapped, tortured, and murdered a Jewish man is believed to have been the leader of a fanatic Muslim street gang, that regularly kidnapped people of Jewish decent and held them for ransom.

Youssouf Fofana has admitted that he leads The Barbarians, a French gang that combines extreme Muslim beliefs with standard gang tactics on the streets of Paris. He also admits that he was responsible for ordering the gang to kidnap and torture Jewish citizens. He even admits that he kidnapped Ilan Halimi. But he denies having killed him.

Halimi was found after three weeks of torture, bound naked at a Parisian train station. In the weeks preceding the death, his family was sent video footage of the man’s treatment, in an attempt to extort them of $600,000.

Fofana claims that the man’s death was his birth, stating that his life began on February 13, 2006. If convicted, he will be sentenced to an automatic life sentence.
