Originally, people were continually saying to stop eating pork, etc...even though the pigs weren't the problem. It looks as if now, pigs could be a problem thanks to the virus in humans. At this point, I'd say it's still to early to freak out over this one case, but it should be watched (of course). There are other issues with the whole H1N1 scare as well--problems with companies/industries losing business, schools closing down, countries having feuds (i.e. China and Mexico). Sometimes it's beyond difficult trying to sort all of these separate concerns. I watched an excellent video at newsy.com earlier today. It does a great job of summarizing the main areas of confusion at this point, providing a few different viewpoints in a short video.
