Mark Emery probably got lots of his customers busted and sent to prison,

because he was taking credit card orders – which are easily traced – from American customers.

When the feds busted the grow ops of Emery’s customers they found his seed catalog that was sent with along all his seed orders.

That’s how they got Emery, and his customers.

I support legalization and home-growing for adults, but I think Emery was reckless taking easily traced credit card orders.

I am sure he will meet a bunch of his credit card customers in US prison.

Good luck Mark. Next time stick with cash/money orders.

Sending the seeds of a plant that’s harmless at worst, and arguably the single most useful plant on the planet at best across an invisible line is being compared to luring a minor??

Truth Seeker – Of course it is political. The marijuana issue has always been one dictated by two sources: businesses that stand to lose money from legalization, and politicians who stand to lose money from the businesses that line their pockets. Lobbyists are watching, and they are running the show.

Doesn’t change anything, however, and it certainly doesn’t change this case.
