Her hit show, Men in Trees, was recently canned.

38-year old Heche stated that she is looking for work, but as of right now has no offers on the table.

She blamed the impending strike by the Screen Actors Guild for hurting her chances to find a job.

A judge ruled on Wednesday that she will not have to pay any support until July, giving her a bit of a beak.

The child and spousal support totals around $15,000 each month, plus the cost for private school tuition for her 6-year old son Homer.

She also has to pay for the mortgage on her house, rent on her home in L.A., as well as other expenses.

She stated that her most recent paycheck was for a movie role, which she received $65,000 for. She blew this off though stating that she recieved that for around one episode of Men in Trees.
