Kelly child pornography trial. The big topic of discussion was whether or not R. Kelly actually produced and took part in these sex videos with under-age girls.

The biggest piece of evidence is the 26-minute tape, as the prosecutors stated that R. Kelly was responsible for the production of the video, and also starred in it.

The defense lawyers are arguing that R. Kelly was not anywhere to be found in the video.

The 26-minute video tape in question was shown to the jury on Tuesday, so they could see it with their own eyes.

R. Kelly sat at the defense table, watching the tape along with others on a monitor.

Shauna Boliker of the Cook County state attorney’s office stated that the acts in the video tape were “vile, disturbing and disgusting.”

She also stated R. Kelly “produced and starred in” the video.

R. Kelly was charged with 21 counts linked to child pornography in 2002. He was released on $750,000 bail.
