The British alternative rock band Coldplay has announced that they have been forced to postpone their U.S. tour due to production problems..Boston (ChattahBox) – The British alternative rock band Coldplay has announced that they have been forced to postpone their U.S. tour due to production problems.

The band announced the news on their official web site and have apologized to fans.

The first two weeks of shows for the tour have been completely rescheduled.

They stated on the site “We’re very sorry, but unfortunately Coldplay have had to move the dates of some of the previously announced US shows.”

The tour is called Viva la Vida and will now kick off on July 14 in Los Angeles.

It was originally supposed to begin on June 29 in Philadelphia.

The final show will still take place August 4 in Boston as planned.

Fans who bought tickets to the rescheduled shows can get a refund or keep the tickets for the new date.
