Hulu Signs Deal With Viacom, Gets Colbert, Daily Show

Viacom, still in their continued battle with YouTube, has signed a deal with Hulu to provide content from Comedy Central in the form of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, as well as The Colbert Report..Hollywood (ChattahBox) – Viacom, still in their continued battle with YouTube, has signed a deal with Hulu to provide content from Comedy Central in the form of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, as well as The Colbert Report.

Viacom has signed a brand new deal with Hulu, a joint venture between News Corp. and NBC Universal.

Hulu presents ad-supported video content on the site in the form of many TV shows from various networks and providers.

This is a huge addition for Hulu and yet another blow to YouTube, whom Viacom left just recently and has a lawsuit against.

Hulu will feature full-length episodes from both The Daily Show and The Colbert Report.

They have also announced a deal with PBS for shows such as Nova and Scientific American Frontiers.
