Son Of The Godfather Sues Paramount Over Games

The son of Mario Puzo, also known as Boston (ChattahBox) – The son of Mario Puzo, also known as “Godfather,” has sued Paramount Pictures on behalf of his father’s estate over The Godfather video game.

He stated that the studio sold the rights to make a video game based on The Godfather without sharing any of the revenue with the estate of his father.

Mario Puzo’s son, Anthony, has filed the lawsuit against Paramount in Los Angeles Superior Court.

He is seeking $1 million plus interest,a s well as attorneys fees.

Mario Puzo wrote The Godfather and sold the film rights to Paramount.

The Godfather ended up becoming one of the most memorable movie trilogies of all time.

The lawsuit states that Paramount of guilty of a breach of contract, as they never paid Puzo any part of the revenue from the video game as part of their 1992 agreement which would have Puzo receiving revenue from audio-video products.
