Tropic Thunder, an action-comedy from DreamWorks and Paramount, has managed to keep the top spot at the box office for the third weekend in-a-row....Hollywood (ChattahBox) – Tropic Thunder, an action-comedy from DreamWorks and Paramount, has managed to keep the top spot at the box office for the third weekend in-a-row.

Tropic Thunder continues to reign at the No. 1 spot at the box office, winning the Labor Day weekend.

Tropic Thunder saw a 29% drop in its third weekend, but still took in $11.5 million from Friday to Sunday.

Since its release, Tropic Thunder has managed to rake in $83.8 million.

Coming in at the No. 2 spot was 20th Century Fox’s new flick Babylon A.D., which took in $9.7 million.

In third was The Dark Knight, taking in $8.7 million and bringing its total to $530 million.

Rounding out the top five were The House Bunny, and Traitor.
