Bill Melendez, Peanuts Animator, Dies At Age Of 91

Bill Melendez, best known as the animator of Peanuts, has died at the age of 91.<br /> ......Hollywood (ChattahBox) – Bill Melendez, best known as the animator of Peanuts, has died at the age of 91.

Bill Melendez has an absolutely amazing career,  working for Warner Bros., Disney, and other major studios.

He also was responsible for some great work as a director of A Charlie Brown Christmas, and more recently He’s A Bully Charlie Brown.

His claim to fame though is being the animator of Peanuts, and it is in those characters that he will live on forever.

Going beyond just being an animator, he was much more as a voice actor for Snoopy as well.

He worked right up until a few years ago, and his characters will live on.
