January 24, 2010

(ChattahBox) – ‘Inglorious Basters’, Quentin Tarantino’s WWII revenge flick starring Brad Pit and Dianne Kruger, has taken the top award at the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards.

The prize is a huge honor for Tarantino, and it is the highest awarded for the film, which gained a number of positive reviews from critics and moviegoers all over the world.

This is the first indication, despite a long string of awards given to the film, that it could be one of the winners at the Oscars.

Christoph Waltz also took home a high honor for the film, with Best Supporting Actor for his performance as a sadistic and calculating Nazi officer.
