Chris Brown Denied UK Travel Over ‘Serious Criminal Offense’

June 8, 2010

UK (ChattahBox) – The United Kingdom has denied Chris Brown entry into the country for his UK tour, citing his criminal past with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown was convicted of assaulting Rihanna earlier this year, after she showed up in the emergency room with extensive bruising around her neck and face.

A picture was released online, sparking controversy as the full picture of her injuries shocked the entertainment world.

Brown was set to run a UK tour, starting in Glasgow later this evening. He was also playing London, Manchester, and then heading out of the UK and into Ireland for a show in Cork.

His tour has been postponed.

You have got to be kidding me. I think this has gone too far. I do not condone what happened between Chris and Rihanna but as the saying goes ” it takes two.” I am a woman and regardless she played a part in all this and it would seem he is the only one that is being punished. As usual….everything that happens in domestic violence is all the mans fault. We don’t know what has happened in that relationship day to day so no one has the right to judge anything about what happened between them and it seems ludicrous that the radio stations and now England thinks it is ok what they are doing to him.

What is too bad is that he was hitting her since she had admitted to giving him VD – which she got from Jay Z. Too bad, she is a pretty girl. Now they both will forever have the gift that keeps on giving, and it has ruined her dating reputation with other eligible gangsta’ rappers…..
