Salmonella Tainted Tomatoes Traced To Markets, Restaurants

The FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have come out and stated that they have linked the salmonella tainted tomatoes to supermarkets and restaurants.New York (ChattahBox) – The FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have come out and stated that they have linked the salmonella tainted tomatoes to supermarkets and restaurants.

The original source of the tomatoes which have caused 167 cases of salmonella across 17 states is still not known.

They have found a direct link though between the tomatoes and supermarkets, restaurants.

It was also announced that the latest tomatoes harvested in Florida have been proven to be completely safe to consume.

The hope is that they will be able to find the direct source within the next few days.
