As of right now, their investigation is focused in Mexico.

The biggest lead the FDA has right now seems to have them looking for the source of the outbreak in Mexico.

Over the weekend, the FDA cleared 28 of 31 Mexican states, but questions still remain.

Many are under the assumption that the FDA believes the source is in Mexico, or Florida.

The states that have not been cleared, Sinaloa, Coahuila, and Jalisco are said to be suspicious to the FDA.
