Kroger Ground Beef Recalled, Linked To E. Coli Outbreak

Kroger Co. has confirmed that they have issued a voluntary recall of all of their ground beef products.  This comes after the products were linked to an E. coli outbreak in both Michigan and Ohio..Boston (ChattahBox) – Kroger Co. has confirmed that they have issued a voluntary recall of all of their ground beef products. This comes after the products were linked to an E. coli outbreak in both Michigan and Ohio.

Kroger Co. has issued the recall which includes all ground beef products sold between May 31 and June 8 at their stores in Michigan, as well as Ohio.

The tests have proven that the 32 cases of E. coli confirmed in both states comes from the same strain of E. coli, 0157:H7.

Officials from Kroger are currently doing their best to urge consumers to check their houses and throw away any ground beef products, or return them for a refund.
