According to a new study published in the British Medical Journal, following a Mediterranean diet can yield big benefits for your health......Boston (ChattahBox) – According to a new study published in the British Medical Journal, following a Mediterranean diet can yield big benefits for your health.

Researchers from University of Florence, Italy carried out the study, looking at data from as far back as 1966 in total.

They looked at data from a total of 1.5 million people, and found that Mediterranean diet gave people major health benefits.

The diet was found to help people fight off chronic diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, strokes, cancer, etc.

A mediterranean diet is rich in grains, fruit, vegetables, and olive oil.
