FBI Director Robert Mueller spoke to Congress on Tuesday.

He stated that he has asked the National Academy of Sciences to hold an outside review of the FBI science used in the probe.

The FBI probe used scientific tools to link the anthrax mailings to scientist Bruce Ivins.

Bruce Ivins has been blamed for the attacks in 2001.  These attacks killed 5 people.

Back on July 29, he committed suicide before the FBI could arrest him.
