A new study has shown that American workers should expect to pay more for health care in 2009..............Washington (ChattahBox) – A new study has shown that American workers should expect to pay more for health care in 2009.

Workers who get their health insurance through their jobs will see an increase in costs next year.

The new study was put out by Hewitt Associates Inc., and predicted spikes in health care costs for next year.

Companies are going to see their cost of health care benefits increase by 6.4%.

This will increase costs for workers, and will continue the average spike of around 7% each year.

For a worker, the average premium will go from $8,331 up to $8,863.

American workers will pay, on average 8.9% more this upcoming year on health care costs.
