The survey was carried out by speaking with 1,927 employees in the U.S.

There was a clear cut rise this year in terms of costs of health care.

The overall cost has increased to $12,680 for families, and $4,704 for individuals.

The cost of health insurance premiums are expected to rise again next year by 5%.

This is going to force American workers to spend more money in terms of health insurance premiums.

Though this is the smallest increase since 1999, it will still put more of a burden on American workers.
