According to the new study, led by Dr. Jennifer Devoe of the Orgeon Health and Science University, there are millions of uninsured kids who simply cannot be covered by their parents.

It seems as if the parents cannot afford to have the kids on their health insurance plans.

Overall, after studying government data on thousands of children in the U.S., some startling numbers were found.

Researchers found that there are three million uninsured kids in the U.S who have parents with health insurance.

This will likely come up as the health care debate continues between presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain.
