The Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services has revealed that over the next decade, Medicare and Medicaid spending will spike..Washington (ChattahBox) – The Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services has revealed that over the next decade, Medicare and Medicaid spending will spike.

They found that Medicaid spending is expected to rise 7.9% annually over the next decade, whlie Medicaid will rise 7.4% annually.

This means that the spending is going to spike at a much faster rate than the economy.

The general economy grows 4.8% annually, while general health expenditures grow 6.7% annually.

Experts feel that this could lead to Medicare and Medicaid spending simply outpacing everything else.

This could put it at a point where it cannot be sustained, leaving many poor and elderly without coverage.
