U.S. researchers have made it quite clear that vitamin E supplements, and selenium have no impact on the risk of prostate cancer...............Washington (ChattahBox) – U.S. researchers have made it quite clear that vitamin E supplements, and selenium have no impact on the risk of prostate cancer.

Dr. Eric Klein of the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio led the team of researchers for the study.

They decided to focus their research on a total of 35,000 men.

What they found was that neither.selenium or vitamin E supplements prevented the risk of prostate cancer.

This was constant whether they were given as a combination, or on their own.

They even found that men who vitamin E were more likely to get prostate cancer.

Men on selenium were more likely overall to develop diabetes.
