NASA scientists hard at work looking at soil samples sent from the Phoenix Lander on Mars have revealed that the soil on the red planet could support life..Washington (ChattahBox) – NASA scientists hard at work looking at soil samples sent from the Phoenix Lander on Mars have revealed that the soil on the red planet could support life.

The Phoenix Mars Lander has done well thus far as it has already managed to find ice on Mars.

The latest revelation is that scientists have revealed that the soil on Mars has the proper nutrients and such to actually support life.

Scientists are not even ruling out that life could have existed in the past on Mars, but further investigating will be needed.

The soil came from just 2.5 cm below the surface and has the nutrients to grow vegetables and o ther plants.
